Return & Exchange Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.
Order Cancellation & Adjustments
We accept order cancellations before your order has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to make changes to your order (like an address correction), please email us immediately at Info@s-chics.com. We can only make adjustments if your order has not yet been shipped.
Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
As a customer based in Sweden, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This period begins on the day you receive your order.
CRITICAL EXCEPTION: HYGIENE PRODUCTS
Press-on nails are classified as hygiene products.
The right of withdrawal applies ONLY IF the product's original packaging and hygiene seal are COMPLETELY UNBROKEN AND INTACT.
For health and safety reasons, we CANNOT accept returns if the seal is broken or the product has been opened or used. In such cases, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as stated in consumer law.
How to Use Your Right of Withdrawal (For Unopened Items Only)
If you wish to return an unopened, sealed product, you must follow these steps:

Notify Us: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please send your message to Info@s-chics.com.

Provide Information: Your message must clearly state your Name, Email Address, Order Number, and which Products you are returning.

Return the Product: You must send the products back to us immediately, and no later than 14 days after your notification.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the product's condition during its return. We will cover the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend sending the products well-packaged (preferably in their original shipping box) to prevent damage.
Refund (For Valid Withdrawals)
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure the hygiene seal is intact and the product is undamaged.

If Approved: We will process your refund for the cost of the product.

If Rejected: If the product is returned open, used, or damaged, or if the seal is broken, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

Deductions: The cost of the original shipping (from us to you) is not refundable. We also reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the product's outer packaging (not the seal) is damaged in a way that reduces its value.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
This policy is separate from the "Right of Withdrawal" and applies if we have made a mistake.
Our policy for exceptions lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged during transport, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days.
How to Report an Issue:

Include your Order Number in the subject line.

Provide a clear description of the problem.

Attach clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect item.
We will review the issue and (if approved) offer you a solution, which may be a resend of the correct product or a refund. You will not be asked to return the faulty item.
