## 🚚 Free Shipping

We offer **free standard shipping within Sweden** on all orders over **599 SEK**.  
To qualify:
- You must **actively select** the free shipping option at checkout.
- The order total must exceed 599 SEK **after applying any discounts**.

## 📦 Order Fulfillment

We aim to ship all orders **within 1 business day** of purchase.

- During high-volume periods (e.g., new launches, holidays), processing may take longer.
- Once your order is packed, it will be handed off to the selected courier.
- The estimated delivery time begins **once the package is collected by the courier**.

## ✉️ Shipping Methods

Shipping methods are displayed during checkout, along with **estimated delivery times** and fees (if applicable). Please note that all delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur during holidays, promotions, or adverse weather conditions.

### 📮 Postnord Parcel Letter 1: Class (Sweden only now)  
- Delivery to mailbox, door, or a bag outside your door.  
- If undeliverable, pickup at nearest service point.  
- Final delivery method is **determined by Postnord**.

- Full tracking available within Sweden.

## 🔍 Tracking Information

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Didn't get your confirmation?  
- Double-check your email address for typos.  
- Look in your **spam/junk folder**.

## 🕒 Estimated Delivery Times

## 📦 "Registered" Status?

If your order shows as “registered,” it means it has been packed and registered in our system, but it **may not yet have been picked up** by the courier.

- Couriers pick up packages **daily** (Mon–Fri).
- It’s also possible the package has **not been scanned** yet — especially for bulk shipments.

## ⚠️ Unclaimed Packages

Be sure to collect your package on time from your chosen pickup location.

- If you fail to collect it and the package is returned to us, you will be refunded for the products, but not for the shipping fee.
- We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or delays caused by incorrect addresses.
