Shipping, Delivery & Orders
Unfortunately we currently ship within Sweden only. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. You can find more details in our shipping policy here.
Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location. Tracking info will be provided.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.Email us at Info@s-chics.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
Once we review your case, we will offer a solution — usually a replacement or a refund.
For hygiene reasons, press-on nails can only be returned if the hygiene seal and packaging are completely unopened.
You have a 14-day withdrawal right for unopened items.To start a return, contact us at Info@s-chics.com within 14 days.Refunds apply to the product cost only after inspection.
