Free Shipping within Sweden
We offer free standard shipping within Sweden on all orders over 599 SEK.
To qualify for free shipping:
- You must actively select the free shipping option at checkout.
- Your order total must exceed 599 SEK after discounts have been applied.
Order Fulfillment
We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of purchase.
- During high-volume periods (e.g. new launches, holidays), processing may take longer.
- Once your order is packed, it will be handed over to the selected courier.
- The estimated delivery time begins once the package is collected by the courier.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods are shown at checkout together with estimated delivery times and any applicable fees. Please note that all delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur during holidays, promotions, or due to adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Postnord Parcel Letter 1: Class (Sweden only)
- Delivery to mailbox, door, or a bag outside your door.
- If undeliverable, pickup at the nearest service point.
- The final delivery method is determined by Postnord.
- We recommend using the Postnord app: Postnord App.
- Full tracking is available within Sweden.
Tracking Information
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
If you did not receive a confirmation email:
- Double-check that your email address was entered correctly at checkout.
- Check your spam/junk folder.

"Registered" Shipment Status
If your tracking shows the status “registered”, it means your order has been packed and registered in our system, but it may not yet have been picked up by the courier.
- Couriers usually pick up packages on business days (Mon–Fri).
- It is also possible that the package has been handed over but not yet scanned, particularly during bulk shipments.
Unclaimed Packages
Please make sure to collect your package on time from your chosen pickup location.
- If the package is not collected and is returned to us, you will be refunded for the products only.
- The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
- We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
