Return Shipping: For valid (unopened) returns, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds: Product cost is refunded if the seal is intact. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged/Faulty Items: Contact Info@s-chics.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a resend or refund (no need to return the faulty item).
